At ELORA, we are committed to providing high-quality beauty and personal care products. Your satisfaction is important to us.
Returns
We accept return requests only if the product received is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect item delivered
To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
Refunds
Once your return request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or store credit (based on availability)
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for damaged or incorrect products, subject to stock availability.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, before dispatch.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
